LEGAL

Terms & Services

The terms that govern your use of Primaline's website, products, and services.

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Last updated: June 8, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shop.primalinehealth.com and any website, product, service, checkout page, intake form, account portal, communication channel, or platform operated by Primaline Health LLC (“Primaline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting information, completing an intake form, using our services, purchasing products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or Primaline services.

Your use of Primaline services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and any additional consents, notices, product disclosures, provider notices, pharmacy notices, lab notices, checkout terms, or policies presented to you.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use Primaline.

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years old.

- You are located in the United States.

- You are legally able to enter into these Terms.

- All information you provide is truthful, accurate, complete, and current.

- You will use the website, products, and services only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where required by law, provider review, pharmacy restrictions, product availability, payment risk, fraud prevention, compliance requirements, or safety concerns.

2. TWO PRODUCT CATEGORIES — IMPORTANT

Primaline may offer different product categories through the website.

Different rules apply to different product categories.

You are responsible for understanding which category applies before purchasing.

A. PRESCRIPTION THERAPIES

Certain products available through Primaline require review by a U.S.-licensed healthcare provider.

Prescription therapies may include, but are not limited to:

- TRT.

- HRT.

- GLP-1 therapies.

- Tirzepatide.

- Semaglutide.

- NAD+.

- Sexual wellness therapies.

- Other provider-reviewed treatments.

Prescription therapies are not automatically approved by placing an order.

To purchase prescription therapies, you may be required to create an account, complete a health intake, provide accurate medical information, provide identity verification, submit lab work when required, and receive approval from a licensed healthcare provider.

No doctor-patient relationship is created until a licensed provider accepts your case and determines that a prescription therapy is clinically appropriate.

Primaline does not guarantee that any prescription therapy will be approved, prescribed, dispensed, or fulfilled.

Payment Authorization vs. Charge

For certain prescription therapies, your payment method may be authorized at checkout.

Where an authorization model applies, your card is not charged unless and until a licensed provider approves the prescription therapy and the order proceeds toward fulfillment.

If your prescription therapy is not approved, the authorization will be released or refunded according to the payment process in place at the time of purchase.

Authorization-release timing may vary depending on your card issuer, bank, payment processor, or payment method.

Primaline does not control how quickly your bank or card issuer releases an authorization hold.

Provider Review

Licensed providers are responsible for determining whether a prescription therapy is medically appropriate.

Provider review may be based on:

- Your intake answers.

- Medical history.

- Current medications.

- Allergies.

- Symptoms.

- Health goals.

- Lab results.

- Identity verification.

- Applicable clinical requirements.

- Applicable state and federal law.

- Provider judgment.

You agree to provide complete, truthful, accurate, and current information.

Primaline is not responsible for consequences resulting from false, incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, omitted, or misleading information submitted by a customer.

Telehealth and State Restrictions

Some products, prescriptions, provider services, pharmacy services, telehealth services, lab services, or fulfillment options may be restricted in certain states.

If a restriction applies, an order may be denied, delayed, modified, refunded, or canceled.

Availability may vary by state, provider, pharmacy, laboratory, supplier, product type, and applicable law.

B. DIRECT-BUY PEPTIDES / RESEARCH PRODUCTS

Direct-buy peptides and research products sold through Primaline are separate from prescription therapies.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, research peptides are sold for research use only.

Research peptides are:

- Not approved by the FDA for human, animal, or veterinary use.

- You will use these compounds strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory research.

- You will not ingest, inject, apply, consume, administer, compound, prescribe, dispense, transfer, or otherwise use them in or on yourself, another person, or any animal.

- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

- You accept full responsibility for proper handling, storage, use, disposal, documentation, and compliance.

- You understand that misuse may create serious legal, health, safety, and regulatory risks.

If you are not a qualified buyer or intend any non-research use, do not purchase research peptides from Primaline.

Primaline reserves the right to refuse, cancel, restrict, or refund research product orders at its discretion.

Consultations may be performed by third-party providers, clinicians, wellness professionals, or service partners.

Lab results and consultations are not emergency medical services.

Lab results and consultations do not replace care from your primary healthcare provider, specialist, emergency provider, or other licensed healthcare professional.

4. NO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

Primaline is not an emergency medical provider.

Do not use the website, email, SMS, chat, forms, account portal, intake forms, or customer support channels for medical emergencies.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shop.primalinehealth.com and any services provided by Primaline Health LLC (“Primaline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting information, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use Primaline.

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, complete, and current.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where required by law, provider review, pharmacy restrictions, product availability, or compliance requirements.

2. Two Product Categories — Important

Primaline offers two distinct product categories. Different rules apply to each category. Please read this section carefully.

A. Prescription Therapies

Certain products available through Primaline require review and approval by a U.S.-licensed healthcare provider.

Prescription therapies may include, but are not limited to, TRT, HRT, GLP-1 therapies such as Tirzepatide and Semaglutide, NAD+, sexual wellness therapies, and other provider-reviewed treatments.

Prescription items are not automatically approved by placing an order.

To purchase prescription items, you may be required to create an account, complete a health intake, provide accurate medical information, submit lab work when required, and receive approval from a licensed healthcare provider.

No doctor-patient relationship is created until a licensed provider accepts your case and determines that a prescription therapy is appropriate for you.

Payment Authorization vs. Charge

For certain prescription items, your payment method may be authorized at checkout. You are not charged unless and until a provider approves your prescription, where this authorization process applies.

If your prescription is not approved, the authorization will be released or refunded according to the payment process in place at the time of purchase.

Primaline does not guarantee that any prescription will be approved, issued, or fulfilled.

Provider Review

Licensed providers are responsible for determining whether a prescription therapy is medically appropriate based on the information you provide and any applicable clinical requirements.

You agree to provide complete and truthful information, including medical history, medications, allergies, health conditions, lab results, and any other information requested.

Primaline is not responsible for consequences resulting from false, incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information submitted by a customer.

Telehealth & State Restrictions

Some products, prescriptions, pharmacy services, telehealth services, or fulfillment options may be restricted in certain states. If a restriction applies, the order may be denied, delayed, modified, or canceled.

B. Research Peptides

Research peptides sold through Primaline are separate from prescription therapies.

Research peptides are sold for research use only. They are:

Not approved by the FDA for human, animal, or veterinary use

Not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics

Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

Not intended for human consumption under any circumstances

By purchasing research peptides, you affirm that:

You are a qualified buyer, researcher, laboratory, institution, or professional purchasing for lawful research purposes

You will use these compounds strictly for in-vitro laboratory research

You will not ingest, inject, apply, consume, administer, or otherwise use them in or on yourself, another person, or any animal

You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

You accept full responsibility for proper handling, storage, use, and compliance

If you are not a qualified buyer or intend any non-research use, do not purchase research peptides from Primaline.

3. Labs, Consultations & Support Services

Primaline may offer access to lab panels, blood testing, provider consultations, wellness consultations, and customer support services.

Lab services may be performed by third-party laboratories. Consultation availability, pricing, scope, and timing may vary.

Lab results and consultations are not emergency medical services and do not replace care from your primary healthcare provider or specialist.

4. No Emergency Medical Services

Primaline is not an emergency medical provider.

Do not use the website, email, SMS, chat, forms, or customer support channels for medical emergencies.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

5. Account & Intake

To purchase certain products or services, you may be required to create an account and complete a health intake or questionnaire.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to provide false information, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent documentation, or misuse the platform.

6. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods made available at checkout.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, shipping fees, service fees, consultation fees, lab fees, or other charges disclosed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Fulfillment

We ship eligible products within the United States, subject to product availability, provider approval where required, pharmacy restrictions, carrier limitations, and applicable federal and state laws.

We do not ship internationally.

Orders may be fulfilled through third-party pharmacies, laboratories, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, or shipping carriers.

Estimated fulfillment or shipping timelines are not guaranteed.

Prescription products may ship only after provider approval and pharmacy processing, where required.

Non-prescription and research products may ship after order processing, age verification, compliance review, or other applicable checks.

8. Cold-Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some products may require temperature-sensitive or cold-chain packaging.

Temperature-sensitive products may ship in insulated packaging with gel packs, dry ice, or other cold-chain materials when required.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and retrieving your package promptly after delivery.

Primaline is not responsible for product degradation, damage, or temperature exposure caused by incorrect address information, delayed pickup, missed delivery, customer unavailability, carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because of the medical, prescription, sterile, custom-prepared, and temperature-sensitive nature of certain products, some orders may not be eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.

Cold-chain products are non-returnable once shipped.

Prescription products are non-returnable once dispensed or released for fulfillment.

Lab orders, consultations, provider reviews, and digital or service-based items may be non-refundable once processing has started.

You may request cancellation before an order begins processing, provider review, pharmacy fulfillment, lab processing, or shipment. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be available.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package, product, label, and any visible damage.

Replacement or refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion based on the issue, product type, fulfillment status, and applicable law.

10. Subscriptions & Recurring Services

If Primaline offers subscriptions, memberships, recurring orders, or recurring services, the billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation process, and applicable fees will be disclosed at or before checkout.
